When to call a steward
For issues related to your working conditions or terms of employment, contact a steward at your site.

Grievances
If the steward determines there is a collective agreement violation, email your supervisor or manager with a formal complaint.

When to call a Site VP
If it is not resolved or there is no response, a Site VP can help you and the Steward file a grievance.
