In accordance with the provisions of Articles 7.8 (c) and (d) of the National Constitution, this
is to inform you that the National Executive Board, at its meeting of September 22-24, 2026,
decided to continue the administration of CUPE Local 5441.
I hope you will continue to co-operate with Robynn Clarke to enable a quick resolve of the
local’s problems. This will certainly help lead to the early repeal of trusteeship.
