CUPE 5441 Notice of Nominations for The Following Positions:

Site and bargaining unit Specific Voting (site specific members from their Site/Bargaining Unit may nominate/vote for these positions) – 3 Year Term

PHC Stewards:  5 Service Positions (Minimum 2 RPN)

1 Clerical Position

SJHC Stewards: 12 Service Positions (Minimum 2 RPN)

6 Clerical Positions

SMH Stewards:  12 Service Positions (Minimum 2 RPN)

8 Clerical Positions

GDI Stewards: 3 Positions

SCP Stewards: 1 Position Per Site (where there is no Bargaining Unit VP representation at the site)

 

Nominations will be received at the general Membership Meeting (November 19, 2025) in accordance with CUPE Local 5441 By-Laws Section 14 (a).

In accordance with the above, nominations made in writing on the proper consent form must be received by the Recording Secretary (recordingsecretary@cupe5441.ca)  between October 31 and November 19 by noon. Download the form here —-> Consent Form – Appendix F

The names of candidates running for the position will be posted after the Nomination Meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.

The election will be conducted via the Simply Voting platform. Voting will commence at 12:00pm on November 27 and will close at 12:00pm on November 30. You will receive a link to your ballot in the inbox of the email address we have on file. If you need assistance accessing your ballot during the voting period, please write to the Voting Committee at elections@cupe5441.ca
