CUPE 5441 Notice of Nominations for The Following Positions:
General Membership voting (members from any Site/Bargaining Unit may nominate/vote for these positions) – 3 Year Term:
3 Year Trustee: 1 Position
Site Specific Voting (site specific members from their Site/Bargaining Unit may nominate/vote for these positions) – 3 Year Term:
Compass VP: 1 Position Spiritual Care VP: 1 Position
GDI VP: 1 Position PHC Site VP: 1 Position
SJHC Site VP: 1 Position SMH Site VP: 2 Positions
Nominations will be received at the general Membership Meeting (October 15, 2025) in accordance with CUPE Local 5441 By-Laws Section 14 (a).
In accordance with the above, nominations made in writing on the proper consent form must be received by the Recording Secretary (recordingsecretary@cupe5441.ca) between September 25 and October 15 by noon. Download the form here —-> Consent Form – Appendix F
The names of candidates running for the position will be posted after the Nomination Meeting on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
The election will be conducted via the Simply Voting platform. Voting will commence at 12:00pm on October 23 and will close at 12:00pm on October 26. You will receive a link to your ballot in the inbox of the email address we have on file.
