94% have voted “Yes” to ratifying the new Clerical Collective Agreement.

NOTICE OF CLERICAL TENTATIVE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT RATIFICATION VOTE

We have successfully bargained the first Collective Agreement
including wage harmonization across all three Sites for the Service Bargaining Unit.

***Only Clerical members may participate in the vote***

The draft tentative agreement will be accessible on Tuesday, April 4th.

To access the tentative agreement, an email was sent to your personal or work email with details.  If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder or email info@cupe5441.ca.

Information sessions will be held on

Wednesday April 6th 5pm-7pm & Thursday April 7th 11am-4pm over Zoom.

Here is how to vote on your Collective Agreement.

When: Thursday April 7th at 12pm to Saturday April 9th at 12pm

How: Electronic Ballots will be emailed to you with voting instructions on April 7th, 2021.

 

You can access your electronic ballot by email in one of these two ways:

1-Personal Email
2-To Work Email – FortiToken must be setup for off-site access, please contact IT or Helpdesk for assistance.

Location: If you require assistance to access your electronic ballot
please visit one of the locations below during the times listed.

St. Michaels: Outside the Marketeria
St. Joseph’s: In the Cafeteria
Thursday: 11am to 4pm
Friday: 11am to 2pm
Saturday: 10am to 12pm
Providence: Boulevard outside of the Cafeteria/Computer Room
Thursday: 11am to 4pm
Friday: 10am to 4pm

The Local President and National Representative will also be available
over Zoom at these same times noted above to answer questions.

WAGE HARMONIZATION UPDATE FOR SERVICE BARGAINING UNIT MEMBERS:

It has come to our attention that there have been errors made in some members pay regarding the new harmonized service wages that are now in effect and are visible on this pay period.  If you notice a discrepancy in your wage that is incorrect, it is important that you bring these concerns to the email below:

Please contact your executive if you are unsuccessful contacting the Employer. We will provide an update once we know more about any delays in correcting these mistakes.
