NOTICE OF SERVICE TENTATIVE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT RATIFICATION VOTE

We have successfully bargained the first Collective Agreement
including wage harmonization across all three Sites for the Service Bargaining Unit.

Only Service members may participate in the vote

The draft tentative agreement will be accessible on Friday, December 10^th.  To access the tentative agreement, an email was sent to your personal or work email with details.  If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder or email info@cupe5441.ca.

Information sessions will be held on Saturday, December 11^th from 9-11 a.m. and 3-5 p.m. over Zoom.

When: Sunday, December 12th, 2021 at 12pm to
Tuesday, December 14^th, 2021 at 12pm

How: Electronic Ballots will be emailed
An email will be sent to you with voting instructions on December 12th, 2021.

You can access your electronic ballot by email in one of these two ways:

1-Personal Email
2-To Work Email – FortiToken must be setup for off-site access, please contact IT or Helpdesk for assistance.

  Location: If you require assistance to access your electronic ballot
please visit one of the locations below during the times listed.

Union representatives will also be at the information booths
to answer any questions about the agreement.

Sunday: 12pm to 5pm
Monday: 6am to 12pm
Tuesday: 6am to 12pm
