Attention RPNs:

As you prepare to renew your CNO Certification of Registration do you have questions about liability insurance?

Did you know that CUPE 5441 union members are also members of OCHU/CUPE?

NOTICE OF SERVICE TENTATIVE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT RATIFICATION VOTE

We have successfully bargained the first Collective Agreement
including wage harmonization across all three Sites for the Service Bargaining Unit.

Only Service members may participate in the vote

The draft tentative agreement will be accessible on Friday, December 10th.  To access the tentative agreement, an email was sent to your personal or work email with details.  If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder or email info@cupe5441.ca.

Information sessions will be held on Saturday, December 11th from 9-11 a.m. and 3-5 p.m. over Zoom.

Here is how to vote on your Collective Agreement.

When: Sunday, December 12th, 2021 at 12pm to
Tuesday, December 14th, 2021 at 12pm

How: Electronic Ballots will be emailed
An email will be sent to you with voting instructions on December 12th, 2021.

You can access your electronic ballot by email in one of these two ways:

1-Personal Email
2-To Work Email – FortiToken must be setup for off-site access, please contact IT or Helpdesk for assistance.

  Location: If you require assistance to access your electronic ballot
please visit one of the locations below during the times listed.

Union representatives will also be at the information booths
to answer any questions about the agreement.

Sunday: 12pm to 5pm
Monday: 6am to 12pm
Tuesday: 6am to 12pm

Providence: Boulevard outside of the Cafeteria
St. Michaels: Outside the Marketeria
St. Joseph’s: In the Cafeteria

The Local President and National Representative will also be available
over Zoom at these same times noted above to answer questions.

Service Tentative Agreement

To all CUPE 5441 Service members,
Our collective bargaining team is happy to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement with the employer. This is a monumental achievement for our Local as we have now created the First Collective Agreement for Service harmonized across the network.
In accordance with our bylaws, keep posted for the distribution of the Tentative Agreement on Friday December 10th followed by information sessions on Saturday December 11 from 9:00-11:00am and 3:00pm-5:00pm over Zoom.
