Site Lead Steward-Clerical
Site Lead Steward-Service
Nomination Paper: I, (Name of person making the nomination), nominate (Name of Candidate) for the position (Title of the Position & Site) of Local 5441.
Both the nominator and the Candidate must sign and date the document.
