ELECTIONS – Thursday August 21, 2025 noon to Sunday August 24, 2025 noon.

BALLOTS WILL BE EMAILED FROM SIMPLY VOTING PLATFORM, TO THE EMAIL THAT YOU HAVE ON FILE WITH THE LOCAL UNION

General Membership voting (any member from any Site/Bargaining Unit may vote for these positions)

Recording Secretary – 3-year term (End of 2027)

General Membership voting (any member from any Site/Bargaining Unit may nominate/vote for this position):

The following position is open for nominations:

Recording Secretary – 3-year term (End of 2027)

Nominations will be received at a Special Membership Meeting (August 6th, 2025) in accordance with CUPE Local 5441 By-Laws Section 10.

 In accordance with the above, nominations made in writing on the proper consent form must be received by the Recording Secretary between July 17th and August 6th by noon. Download the form here —-> Consent Form – Appendix F

The names of candidates running for the position will be posted after the Nomination Meeting on Wednesday, August 6, 2025.
