How: Electronic Ballots will be emailed
An email will be sent to you with voting instructions on November 25th, 2021.
You can access your electronic ballot by email in one of these two ways:
1-Personal Email
2-Unityhealth.to Email – FortiToken must be setup for off-site access, please contact IT or Helpdesk for assistance.
When: Thursday November 25th, 2021 at 12pm to
Sunday November 28th, 2021 at 12pm
Location: If you require assistance to access your electronic ballot please visit one of the locations below during the times listed.
Thursday: 12pm to 5pm
Friday: 6am to 12pm
Saturday: 6am to 12pm
Sunday: 6am to 12pm
Providence: Boulevard outside of the Cafeteria
St. Joseph’s: In the Cafeteria
